My approach is simple: gentle practice, honest reflection, and grounded action. No dogma, no performance— just the steady work of returning to yourself, and letting your life be shaped from there.

About Me

Hi! I’m Ben. Before this work, I spent years in a demanding corporate environment. On the surface I looked fine; inside, stress was quietly eroding my wellbeing, to the point that I felt like I was betraying myself in every way that mattered. Eventually, I had to stop and choose a different path.

That turning point became a commitment: to live with more honesty and to help others do the same. My background includes long-term meditation practice and study within Western and Buddhist contemplative traditions, with a deep interest in Jungian and depth psychology alongside coaching and facilitation. What I offer now is grounded, gentle support — space to breathe, clarity to choose, and practical tools you can use in everyday life, always accessible and free of religious framing.

I’m also shaped by my experience within the queer community and by being neurodivergent. Navigating identity, belonging, and sensory load taught me—sometimes the hard way—how essential it is to care for the nervous system and to create environments where we can show up as our whole selves. That perspective informs how I listen, how I design sessions, and how I hold space: with warmth, curiosity, and respect for difference.
